Clams with loofah is a very simple and very traditional dish in Taiwan. You can order it in Seafood restaurant or Stir-Fry restaurant.
If you wanna make it at home, but you’re as lazy as me? You could prepare washed clams , loofah, enoki mushrooms and ginger in a container
and put it into the oven or microwave for 10 mins ( 6-7 mins for microwave ).
After that, all you have to do is adjusting the salinity and give it a stir. Sit back, enjoy your yum yum dish.
