What so call “traditional flavor for pig blood soup”?
Fried pork fat is the soul of this soup. It rich the whole flavor and bring it to a very high level.
But most of the vendors are ignore it.
Sometimes I even can only taste ” Pure Water Flavor”.
I guess they don’t even use pig bone soup as base soup.
