戴帽橘子/ Little hat on tangerine

< Rosted tangerine / 烤橘子>

Steps :

1)  Soak in hot water for about 5 mins until the tangerine’s smell comes out.

2) Drill a hole and put some salt inside.

3) Cover the hole with little hat. ( it will be better if you have aluminum foil to rope the tangerine )

4) Bake about 20 mins. ( I didn’t preheat the oven )

Dang~warm warm tangerine served.
